I’m Latasha Smith, and I’m so grateful you’ve found me on your journey toward healing and transformation. With over 20 years of service in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman and Behavioral Health Technician, I’ve had the privilege of serving others across the globe, helping others heal from physical and mental health challenges. This extensive experience shaped my understanding of the mind-body connection and deeply influenced my mission to support others in healing from within. 

As a Spiritualist Minister, Reiki Master, Author, Speaker, and Life Coach, my focus is on empowering individuals on their spiritual awakening journey. My method of Spiritual Reprogramming helps clients heal from societal and generational limiting beliefs, reprogramming the mind to embrace the truth that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. When we reconnect with this truth, we open ourselves up to limitless possibilities for growth, healing, and self-discovery. 

In 2019, after experiencing significant life changes—losing 150 pounds, starting a new business, and navigating personal losses—I realized that despite all my achievements, I wasn’t truly happy. I felt disconnected from my purpose, and that realization sparked my journey toward self-healing. It was during this time that I met my twin flame, which ignited a profound spiritual awakening. This powerful connection opened me to a deeper understanding of myself and my purpose, leading to a Kundalini awakening and path of spiritual exploration and study. 

Now, I’m committed to helping others who are navigating their own spiritual awakening, whether it be through understanding their twin flame journey or other challenges they may face.
